Scott is a veteran of the hair industry. Since 1999, he has developed his passion for hair through education with Toni and Guy as well as other industry leaders. Considered a technical stylist with a creative edge, Scott inspires his team to rise above industry norms through his dedication to continuous improvement. After perfecting his craft in several of K-W's top salons, he founded ikandi hair to cultivate an atmosphere of creativity and freedom within a boutique setting unique to the Tri City area.

Stephanie has been in the salon industry for over 6 years and has always had a passion for hair design. Experimenting on friends and family early on, she knew that using her creativity to invent different looks with styling and colour was in her future. One of her favorite aspects of styling is that it doesn't get old or feel like work. Everyday is different and she enjoys meeting new people and making them leave the salon feeling truly confident.

Steph thrives on designing, creating and executing and individualized style for every client. She enjoys all aspects of the trade and takes great pride in her designs. Steph not only understands and educates herself on the latest fashions and trends, but also creates easy wearable styles. She has a remarkable eye for detail and natural gift for choosing complimenting cuts and colours. her patience and attention for colour correction is endless.

Education has played a major role in Stephanie's career. After graduating from the Voila Institute of Hair and Design she continues to master her skills and techniques by taking advanced cutting, colouring and styling training with Aveda, Toni and Guy, Framesi, Goldwell, Eufora and Wella.

Tyler has been involved with the industry for the past 8 years. He is very passionate about his craft. If he is not in the salon doing edgy modern Styles and Colours, you can find him on stage playing drums for his rock band Vinyl Heart.
